Headquartered in Playa del Rey, CA, Manhattan Pacific is a respected general contractor. A long-time Manhattan Beach resident, Tim Richardson is president of Manhattan Pacific, and has been responsible for some of the most unique and complex construction projects in the Southern California region. His passion for quality and design, combined with excellence in execution and timely delivery has earned Tim an enviable reputation.
Bringing more than 30 years of commercial and residential construction experience to Manhattan Pacific, Tim’s portfolio encompasses more than 1,500,000 square feet of space. Projects on which he has managed all aspects of construction range from luxury residential, to ground-up commercial, restaurants, high-end retail, and numerous landmark entertainment properties.
In addition to working with some of the most respected designers and architects in the industry, Tim has developed extensive relationships with many city, county and fire department agencies within the City of Los Angeles and many surrounding cities, not to mention the California Coastal Commission and Los Angeles Coastal Development Division.
